Story
Balu (played by Panjavaishnav Teja) leads a happy life and gets a job in Chitra’s (Sreelila) cosmetics company. But then something unexpected happens in Balu’s case. The film will explain who Balu really is, and how she is related to a man named Chenga Reddy (Joju George) and a village called Brahmasamudram. The film will answer all these questions about Balu’s background and relationship.
Compelling Reasons to Watch
With this new action drama film, Panj Vaishnav Teja is trying something new and different than his previous films. He improved his acting, dancing and fighting skills.
Sri Leela adds charm and passion to the film. Together with Vaishnavateja, she has decent on-screen chemistry and is an exceptional dancer.
There are a lot of funny jokes between Vaishnav and Nellore Sudhakar in the first half of the film that will make you laugh. The other actors also give satisfying performances.
Areas Where the Drawbacks
The story is far from original and seems predictable. The first half is fun with good humour, but the second half is worse because the main character sometimes acts too unrealistic.
The action and fight scenes are fun to watch. But some surreal moments seem to mimic a famous director’s style.
The film introduces too many insignificant characters that are not well developed. Actors like Suman, Sada and Aparndas are given very few roles.
Sri Leela’s role is ok but only for some dance sequences and some love scenes. Joju George’s character doesn’t lack in strength – the writing doesn’t make him any better.
Technical Aspects
This is the debut film of writer-director Srikanth N Reddy. He is a master of clean, funny humour. But he struggles to tell an interesting story that really engages the audience.
GV Prakash Kumar’s music is average. Cinematographer Dudley goes out of his way to make the film visually appealing. The editing meets expectations, and proper production standards contribute to the overall quality of the film.

Overall, Adikeshav is an average action drama film. It shows the Panja Vaishnava Teja in a different light. Positives are its good time for comedy, its acting in action scenes, Sri Leela’s glamour, funny comedy scenes in first half but negatives are old storyline, over-the-top unrealistic action scenes and unnecessary filler scenes in half in the second edition. With other entertainment options this weekend, you might want to consider instead watching this simple movie.
